Under direction, oversees large and complex, integrated program(s)/ projects. Implements work scope, provides program/project planning, budget, and administration, and develops related operational policies and procedures. This role will primarily focus on, planning, development, testing, and implementation of solutions to gain operational efficiencies and effectiveness within the Stericycle Compliance Solutions business unit. Key knowledge areas include: sales strategy, phone system/call routing/productivity enhancement, comp plans, value delivery, and training. Individual is expected to work independently with limited guidance and understand how and when to escalate issues, risks, etc.
* Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in business or communication or the equivalent in related work experience
* Seven or more years of Sales and/or Marketing experience in a service-oriented industry, including three or more years of project management experience
* Demonstrated experience in organizational development and training preferred
* Demonstrates expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel PowerPoint, MapPoint, Project and Visio
