Senior Client Advocate

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Alpharetta, GA office

What the day will look like

As a Sr. Client Advocate, you will:

  • Perform Premium Collection for North American Facultative Team
  • Work as liaison between the client and Aon accounting issues
  • Perform reconciliations of open balances between our records; ceding company and or reinsurer records
  • Work closely with Aon Broker Teams
  • Generating PPW/PPC Payment Term reports each day. Reviewing the reports for each team to follow guidelines of collection and payment of premium for expiring invoices
  • Review and confirm reinsurers are paid timely to meet individual placement requirements.
  • Generate Excel worksheet from the Grids System and follow the additional procedures to add color rules etc. to the collection reports.
  • Generate client statements through the Grids System and review each line items balances to the open items before sending to the client for collection

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, a related field or equivalent years of industry experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite of products
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to work with all levels within an organization
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically, as well as solve problems by thinking creatively
  • Accuracy, thoroughness, and strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability and experience in utilizing judgment, problem solving, decision making and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organization, prioritization and time management skills

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $65,000 to $90,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
