Leah Burfeind is from Chanhassen, Minnesota and a 2008 graduate from Mayer Lutheran High School. When she earned her driver’s license, she started looking for her first job and was hired as a receptionist at a small airport at the age of 16. She had other employers as well while in high school and gained experience and learned lessons along the way. Leah is a senior at Marquette University and will graduate in the spring of 2012 with degrees in Economics and Entrepreneurship. Leah shares her story about how she got her first jobs and offers some helpful advice for high school students.
